(Català) Per preparar el repte personal d’aquest hivern estic entrenant fort: gimnàs, natació, btt i kayak. Aquesta setmana he anat un dia a Irrisarri Land a fer un stage de descens i avui he fet una sortideta en kayak. A més a més aquest vespre he sortit a fer una volta per San Marcos. Diumenge més. 18kms per un total de 1.635kms.

(Castellano) Para preparar mi reto personal de este próximo invierno estoy entrenando fuerte: gimnasio, natación, btt i kayak. Esta semana he ido un día a Irrisarri Land para hacer un curso de descenso y hoy he hecho una salida en kayak. Además esta tarde he ido a dar una vuelta por San Marcos. Domingo más. 18kms para un total de 1.635kms.

(Français) Pour préparer mon challenge personnel de cet hiver je suis en train de m’entrainer à fond: gym, nage, kayak et vtt. Cette semaine je suis allé faire un stage de vtt descente à Irrisarri Land et aujourd’hui je suis allé faire un tour en kayak. Ce soir j’ai roulé vers San Marcos. Dimanche on recommence. 18kms pour un total de 1.635kms.

(English) In order to get in shape for this winter’s personal challenge I’m training hard: weights, swimming, mtb and kayak. Two days ago I did a downhill stage at Irrisarri Land and today I went for a kayak tour and later on for a ride at San Marcos. More on Sunday. 18kms for a total of 1.635kms.
