One week’s worth of pain – 30 September 2012

Please find enclosed some souvenirs from my mountain biking week: knee, elbow and hip. And on top of that, some sea urchins spines that still are with me from a surf early on this week. All in one week!

Your “pains” sounds too much like mine! I lost count of all the scars I accrued just from the past summer mountain biking…and one massive scar is from surfing as well (broke the fiberglass on the board with my knee. I do not recommend doing this….). The more scars you have, the harder you’ve been playing. Keep it up!

It’s just that with age recovery time gets exponentially longer and longer after each one of these misfortunes. But I’m still hanging on there. Thanks!
